Refund Policy

At Astroo Apaar, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our astrology services and products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Consultation Services Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel a booked consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation, or fail to attend the session (“no-show”), you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation without penalty if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation. Refunds for dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Product Refund Policy

  • Returns: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Astroo Apaar, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Defective Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check the product description for any such restrictions.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Timeframe: Once we receive your returned product or approve your refund request for a service, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, items with missing parts, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain fees, such as those related to shipping or administrative costs, may not be refundable. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.
