• Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location, pincode serviceability, and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain value (details will be shown at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your package.

5. Delays & Issues

• Although we aim to deliver within 0–7 days, unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays may occur.

• In case of a delay, our support team will keep you updated.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order is delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

• If a package is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
